R_dut, L_dut and C_dut

Hi, IBIS exports,

Regarding V(t) curve, the following circuit is given including
R_dut, L_dut and C_dut. My question is:
The rising/falling waveform refers to Voltage at the node
between C_dut and L_fixture. Am I right? Can you comment?
