Vod and Differential Models

Hello IBIS Gurus,

I am attempting to understand the following problem.

Simulating the below differential network in HSPICE, with IBIS models for
driver and receiver, and lossless t-element t-lines, Vod is too small.
As opposed to this, simulating the same differential network in HSPICE,
with the HSPICE netlists of the driver and receiver, Vod is correct.
I am expecting to have a Vod of about 350mV.

Can anyone explain this discrepancy?
