[IBIS] small differential output driver

Hi Everyone,

I am using s2ibis2 (from North Carolina) to create IBIS models for a differential output driver. Spice simulation shows the two signals rise and fall between 1.5 V and 1.8 V in a differential manner as expected (the common mode voltage can be changed), but when I use s2ibis2.solaris to create IBIS models, the models do not show any rise/fall characteristics. I have included the following line in the input command script before the normal [Pin] declaration:

[Diff Pin]
4 5 NA NA

Could anyone tell me what went wrong? Many thanks!

best regards,
Jeff Zhang
