Re: [IBIS] ibischk4 download

I just downloaded and unzipped the file with no problem on a Windows XP
system. I did need to depress 'Shift' prior to clicking on the link to
force a 'Save to File:' to prevent the file from displaying on the
screen as cryptic characters.
