Michel,

Thanks for your question. Lead-free parts should not require any
unusual modeling under IBIS, at least as far as the details of I-V
tables, V-T tables or C_comp are concerned. There is certainly no
keyword or subparameter in IBIS which would be used to designate a
lead-free part.

The only difference between particular "leaded" and lead-free parts
might be in the individual values of package parasitics (i.e., R_pin,
C_pkg or package matrix data, etc.) used in each specific case.
