Dear Syed,

Please add to the description of [R Equiv], [L Equiv], [C Equiv], [G Equiv]
an explanation of what happens if the [Model] to which they belong does not
contain a [Pullup Reference] and/or a [Pulldown Reference].  (Are they
ignored?  Would it constitute a semantic error?)
