If we don't solve this "(or equivalents)", then the IBIS committee would
be endorsing a commercial tool (HSPICE in this case) and I am not sure
we can do that.

So, I agree, it will be challenging to make *ALL* versions of SPICE
elements a 'standard'.

We have other bigger problems to solve that make SPICE a standard.
