RE: [IBIS] maximum current flows

Hello, YY Lau,
	 
Please check the value of RS in your diode model.  This resistance should
never be 0 Ohm.
	 
Perhaps the model maker or chip designer could give you a good estimate of
RS.

		Dear ALL,
		 
		Recently, I have faced the maximumcurrent flows warning. Do
anyone know what actual the main cause?
		 
		I suspect is the R package/ R _pin value that is too small.
I try to replace some larger value 
		and simulate again. I found that the problems gone. Is it
that mean the problem cause by the R?
