[IBIS] [IBIS-Users] Output or I/O

Hi  IBIS experts,

I have a Buffer structure with an Output pin.
for some reason on this output pin is connected
a GND clamp diode.

Can I set [Model type] = I/O  to characterize also this diode?  
or  I  have to set  [Model type] = Output ?
In the first case  ( I/O type ) can I have I-V and V-t
maching problems?
