[IBIS] [GND_CLAMP] and [POWER_CLAMP] measurement for LVDS differential buffer

Hi All,

In cookbook 4.0. the measurement setup for pullup and pulldown IV-Curve have
been described.
My question is that is  GND_CLAMP and  POWER_CLAMP followed by the same
method?
and the difference is to  disable the buffer ? Thanks
