[IBIS] Non-zero Ids for Zero Vds in Series MOSFETs

Dear All,
It is assumed that Ids=0 for Vds=0 in series MOSFET

According to that, both interpolation and extrapolation can be done even if the IBIS file contains one Ids-Vgs table at a given Vds

However, we found that the parser accepts this one Ids_Vgs table to be given at Vds=0
Is that right?

Thank you and Best Regards,
Yasser Sabry
