[IBIS] Modeling for LVDS defferential buffers

Dear Experts,
        I am a new creator of IBIS models, I'm trying
to make a model for a LVDS pad. The first thing I need
to do is to generate the I-V surface plot, and then
extact the common mode curve and the differential mode
I-V surface.
       Could you please share some case examples( such
as the generation of I-V surface files(spice files) )
or tell me where can I find it.
