[IBIS] Additional presentation materials for Oct. 12 teleconference

Materials for the Oct. 12 IBIS Open Forum teleconference topic, "IBIS
Enhancement Priorities" (originally called "Improving Differential Pins
and Measurements" in the agenda) are now available on the IBIS website:
