[IBIS] details of IBIS MODELS

Sir,
   Can you let me know how i can get the R_pkg, L_pkg,
C_pkg, C_comp, Ramp i,e(dv/dt_r) and dv/dt_f values in
a IBIS model. I need to know the which Diode and PMOS,
NMOS transistors to be used in IBIS model.
