Jagadeesh,

Measure your devices as far as you can and then
extrapolate the I-V curves to -Vcc and 2Vcc.

Or if you are making your IBIS model from SPICE
models, you can most likely go beyond the 15%
limits without "damaging" your SPICE models...  :-)

Sir,
    Our company products are filters, crystals and
oscillators. For these we can not give supply voltage
above 15% of the supply voltage. But in IBIS it needs
double the vcc. So what is the solution for this.
