Jagadeesh,

From the questions you are asking it sounds like you
are totally new to IBIS. I would suggest that you browse
around on the IBIS web site and familiarize yourself with
IBIS a little, and I would also suggest that you look at
the IBIS cookbook which has lots of good technical detail
on how to make IBIS models.

Subject: [IBIS] IBIS details

Sir,
As i said before our products are oscillators
where we need to give the temperature range where
oscillators are stable. Till date we haven't done any
IBIS model for our oscillators and we do not have any
software or hardware for IBIS model generation. Our
clients need IBIS model.
Our oscillator have two supply pins(V_control and
Vcc) and one ground pin and one frequency output pin
in general. Voltage range for this is generally
2.5volts for voltage control and Vcc is from 3.3v to
12Volts. So can you please tell me the circuit setup
required for this and also software available for the
IBIS model generation. Suggest me the ESD diodes and
MOSFET transistors needed and setup required for this.

Suggest me what method we can go (spice design or lab
method)

Regards,
Jagadeesh.
