RE: [IBIS] PSPICE OR HSPICE

You will find that 99% of all SPICE descriptions of buffers are in HSPICE
and unless you are the IC manufacture you will have to deal with  encrypted
HSPICE.  PSPICE will not read encrypted HSPICE.  Get an HSPICE license.
