Fabio, The IBIS Quality Task Group web page at http://www.vhdl.org/pub/ibis/quality_wip/ has a Checklist kit which helps to produce quality reports in the form of a spreadsheet. Unfortunately it is based on a version of the IBIS Quality Specification that is in the process of being replaced. A full quality report however will usually have waveforms and curves. There is no official format that I know of. Companies that perform IBIS quality evaluations have each adopted their own format.
