[IBIS] GEIA Manual of Operations & Procedure now available free

The GEIA, parent organization of IBIS, has now made its Manual of
Operations and Procedure, plus its Style Manual for Standards and Other
Publications, available for download free of charge.  We have received
several queries regarding GEIA procedures on patent, copyright and other
intellectual property questions.  The Manual of Operations and Procedure
should serve as the guide to policies followed by the IBIS Open Forum.
