Thanks Bob.
That is good to know, but is this stated clearly in the IBIS spec since
different vendors obviously interprets this differently.

I'll go back to my vendor and discuss the matter.

Hi Anders:

The [Model Selector] can be positioned anywhere within an IBIS file
after the header information as long as it is outside of the scope of
[Model], [Component] or some other keywords at the same level in the
hierarchy tree (Section 3A).  So [Model Selector] can be before, after
in in between these other keywords.

Ibischk4 should be correct.
