[IBIS] New Agenda Item for IBIS Open Forum Teleconference: Touchstone 2.0

All,

We are adding a new item to the agenda for the IBIS Open Forum teleconference on Feb. 20: formal introduction of Touchstone 2.0.  The IBIS Ad Hoc Interconnect Task Group has completed a draft document deemed eligible for review by the Open Forum.  The draft is provided with the objective of soliciting comments and eventually calling for a vote on whether to issue the draft as a formal specification.

Major features and changes from the original Touchstone will be discussed during the meeting.
