Looks like the definition of duty cycle distortion can be improved...

OIF/CEI defines it as follows:
"The absolute value of the difference in the average width of a '1'
symbol or a '0' symbol and the ideal periodic time in a clock-like
repeating 0,1,0,1 sequence."
