[IBIS] A reminder

As always, the IBIS Open Forum, its associated groups and the reflectors
they support exist to foster communication, discussion and cordial debate.
One of the founding principles of our organization is to encourage consensus
in the development of new standards. In that vein, I would like to remind
everyone to please keep discussions professional, civil and courteous, and
to refrain from making statements that are personal or accusatory.

I am told that Confucius said, "Silence is a friend who will never betray."
In more modern terms, the "Drafts" folder allows for more reflection than
the "Send" button.
