[IBIS] Draft IBIS 5.1 Document for Review - Second Call for Comments

A draft IBIS 5.1 specification is now available and is under consideration for formal approval by the IBIS Open Forum:

Please note that the document uses a new, more readable format.

A list of BIRDs included in the draft and a list of suggested corrections from reviewers are both available in the same location.

Comments, questions and suggestions are welcome.

Note that an approval vote on the document is scheduled for our August 24 teleconference. A final review copy, including all reviewer changes, will be posted online by August 10.
