[IBIS] RE: On-die decap modeling in IBIS 5.1

I would like to understand about on-die decap modeling in IBIS 5.1 models and how PDN analysis is done using the same. Any help would be appreciated.

How do we model RC on-die decap in IBIS 5.1 models?

I read about using "Series" model type and [Series Pin Mapping] keyword to model decoupling circuit, but would like to understand more about the same. Please guide with reference materials or explanations.
