Bob,

I didn't look into this, but are these two related topics?
If not, wouldn't it be better to have two independent BIRDs
for the same of making easier to vote?

We should amend BIRD167 to include another editorial correction.

In Table 31, the superscript 2 should be removed for Ignore_Bits.
