RE: [IBIS] BIRD167: Add Type Float to Tx Jitter Parameters in Specification Tables

BIRD167 describes editorial corrections to Tables 25 and 31 (versus

technical changes to the intent of the Specification). The same applies

for the Ignore_Bits deprecation mistake in Table 31.

For processing efficiency I think one BIRD is best to cover all these

simple changes in Tables 25 and 31. The BIRD167.1 title could be changed to

"Table Corrections for Tx Jitter Parameters and Ignore_Bits"

The content of the BIRD would describe the changes.

Bob,

I didn't look into this, but are these two related topics?

If not, wouldn't it be better to have two independent BIRDs

for the same of making easier to vote?

Thanks,

Arpad

Michael:

Thanks for writing BIRD167.

We should amend BIRD167 to include another editorial correction.

In Table 31, the superscript 2 should be removed for Ignore_Bits.
