DESCRIPTION OF BUG:

A working test for missing [Component] was corrupted starting with
Version 5.0.0.

ibischk3 and ibischk4 work correctly and produce:

  ERROR - Required keyword 'Component' not found.

With ibischk5, Version 5.0.3 and lower, the test does not report
the Error.  Instead it produces a popup window:

  "ibishck5.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
  You will need to restart the program"
