DESCRIPTION OF BUG:

Insertion of a character or string causes a fatal "Debug Error, abnormal
program termination" pop-up message.


The test case is similar to BUG126, where a spurious character or text follows,
a parameter.  In this case, "ERROR_FATAL" is inserted after the root parameter.
The response is different, and this justifies a separate BUG report.
