To IBIS USERS

The ibischk2 executables in the subdirectories are upgraded to 
ibischk2.1.15.  The ibischk2.1.14 executables are stored under
the "old" directory.

At this time, the sgi executable is not available.
An older version exists under the "old" directory.

working on the improvements and to Matthew for creating the
dos32 executable and to Chris for creating the rest.
