NOTE, when downloading compressed .gz files in some operating
systems, the executable is automatically decompressed.  Just
remove the .gz extension to get the ibischk5 executable.

.zip executables are also provided for all operating systems.

IBISCHK5 OPERATION AND ADVANCES

Independent .ebd, .pkg and .ami file checking is done using
the -ebd, -pkg and -ami flags.  The -caution flag produces
additional Caution messages for all [IBIS Ver] versions.

The -numbered flag produces Error, Warning, Notes, and
Caution messages with four digit numbers following
E, W, N, and C respectively.

This release adds checks for BIRD74.6, BIRD95.6, BIRD98.1,
BIRD103.1, BIRD104.1 and BIRD108.
