IBISCHK5 OPERATION AND ADVANCES

This Version 5.0.2 release corrects a serious problem
documented by BUG110 where two new [Model Spec] subparameters
"D_overshoot_ampl_h" and "D_overshoot_ampl_h" were not spelled
correctly.  Also BUG109 and BUG111 related to the .ami format
syntax were corrected.

Independent .ebd, .pkg and .ami file checking is done using
the -ebd, -pkg and -ami flags.  The -caution flag produces
additional Caution messages for all [IBIS Ver] versions.

The -numbered flag produces Error, Warning, Notes, and
Caution messages with four digit numbers following
E, W, N, and C respectively.

The ibischk5.0.X releases add checks for BIRD74.6,
BIRD95.6, BIRD98.1, BIRD103.1, BIRD104.1 and BIRD108.
