NEVER RELEASED DUE TO INCOMPLETE FIXES FOR BUG116 AND BUG123 Only two executables are released. --- * To Be Uploaded Released Executables for ibischk5 Version 5.0.5 SOURCE CODE LICENSE IBISCHK5_Source_Code_License_Agreement.pdf (Contact the IBIS Chair for further processsing if you need the source code. It is priced at $2500.00.) ------- EXECUTABLES Contents included compressed executables for ibischk5 under the following directories: dos32 (From Apt Software) * hp_11i (From Zuken) * linux_redhat_4 (Red Hat Enterprise) (From Zuken) * linux_suse_32 * linux_suse_64 (From Intel linux_ubuntu (From Apt Software) * sun_5 Generated with SunOS 5.8 on SPARC, works on SunOS 5.10 (From Zuken) .zip executables are also provided for all operating systems. Previous Versions of ibischk5 executables exist under: old_v500 old_v501 old_v502 (Note, due to 64 bit compilation errors, the full set of executables were never produced) old_v503 old_v504 ------ IBISCHK5 OPERATION AND ADVANCES 2 BUG Reports processed and closed: BUG115 [ISSO_PU] and [ISSO_PD] Mismatch Checks Not Done for Typ Column BUG117 Debug Error with Missing Pin Numbers and Other Conditions 2 other BUG Reports were worked on, but the fixes were incomplete BUG116 [ISSO_PU] and [ISSO_PD] Mismatch Checks Insufficent Resolution BUG123 Wrong Cautions for [Ramp] dV BUG116 still had too tight a limit (less than 1u) for testing for "0.0", and BUG123 still did not process Open_source and Open_drain dV's correctly Therefore these BUG reports remained open, and the full set of executables for ibischk5, Version 5.0.5 were not developed, nor was the source code released. ------ Note, BUG107 now allows checking (and calculation) of dV_f and dV_r when the -caution flag is used. ** Further Note, the BUG107 solution is flawed and incomplete, and BUG123 has been filed to correct and complete the fix in the next release. Independent .ebd, .pkg and .ami file checking is done using the -ebd, -pkg and -ami flags. The -caution flag produces additional Caution messages for all [IBIS Ver] versions. The -numbered flag produces Error, Warning, Notes, and Caution messages with four digit numbers following E, W, N, and C respectively. The ibischk5.0.X releases add checks for BIRD74.6, BIRD95.6, BIRD98.1, BIRD103.1, BIRD104.1 and BIRD108. Last edited: March 18, 2011
