KNOWN ISSUES IN ICM 1.1

This document, updated regularly, lists issues found with the ICM
specification, revision 1.1.  These problems will be addressed in a
future revision.

1) The example on pages 43 and 44 incorrectly shows "Num_of_columns" 
   appearing before "Num_of_rows" under the [ICM Pin Map] keyword.  
   According to the specification on page 41, "Num_of_rows" should 
   always appear first.

2) The example of [ICM Model Description] on page 20 incorrectly shows
   the keyword as [Begin ICM Model Description].
