UNOFFICIAL VERSION 1.1 - WORK IN PROGRESS (icm_ver1.1_wip)


This directory contains UNOFFICIAL interim rollups of changes and approved
IIRDS into a DRAFT of VERSION 1.1 - the next planned upgrade of ICM.

ICM VERSION 1.1 UNOFFICIAL VERSIONS

  ICM Version 1.0 was ratified on September 12, 2003.  The ratified
  version is under the directory /pub/ibis/icm_ver1.0.  This document shows
  the changes in preparation for an ICM Version 1.1 release.

  icm_ver1_1a.txt   Draft of ICM Version 1.1 showing inclusion of
                    approved IIRD1.1 and editorial header updates in
                    in preparation for the new release. 
                    - August 17, 2004

  icm_ver1_1b.txt   Draft of ICM Version 1.1 showing inclusion of
                    approved IIRD3.1, IIRD4.1, IIRD5 and IIRD7.1.
                   - October 29, 2004 

  icm_ver1_1c.txt   Draft of ICM Version 1.1 showing inclusion of 
                    approved IIRD2.3 and IIRD8.3.
                   - January 28, 2005 

  icm_ver1_1_draft1.txt "Clean" draft 1 of ICM Version 1.1 with all
                        changes in versions a, b and c but with 
                        change insertion and deletion marks removed.

  icm_ver1_1_draft2.txt Draft 2 of ICM Version 1.1 with changes in
                        paragraph spacing, correction to [End ICM Section]
                        example, fix to subsection headers under 
                        [Begin Header] and replacement of "real" as
