Released executables and documents for icmchk1 Version 1.1.0

Compressed executables for icmchk1.1.0 can be found under the

The "source" directory contains a GPL version of the source
code, compressed using a variety of common methods.  NOTE THAT
THIS GPL CODE IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED.

Beginning with version 1.1.1, the "closed source" code is the 
ONLY source code being maintained.
