Just a Note:
I don't know how well s2ibis will work on ECL, because it is a current
controled technology.
On the other hand, it is also very linear and a thevinen equivalent model
made by hand from
from spice measurements would probably be very accurate.

software from the university of North Carolina.
Would you have by chance an example of .s2i file to send me ? I would need
a file including models for both differential ECL input and output.
