Brian:

The problem is in the [Pulldown Reference] line. I believe
you wanted it to be 0V.

You will still get some Errors and Warnings, for smaller
mismatches. One of the Warning messages has an incorrect
percentage calculation, and I believe that problem needs
to be filed as a BUG.
