Hello Kar:
The current cookbook does not contain information on creating differential
models in IBIS. However, there have been several IBIS summit presentations
on the subject. The following link is for a paper presented at the January
2001 IBIS summit.

Download the file hegazy.zip. It's a long paper, but it should get you
started. In addition, I believe Adam Tambone from Fairchild has published a
paper on LVDS modeling in IBIS -- it's available on the web, although I
don't have the URL handy at the moment.
