Hello, I have a question:
I wish to conduct power clamp simulation, and for making it simple, I'll do
a very small simulation:
VCC=2.7V
I have five sweep points:
0V, 1.35V, 2.7V, 4.05V 5.4V.
The results (current measures) are: 0 0 0 1.5e-06 5E-3
My question is:
Is the stimulus valid?
should the reults be in their values, or relative to vdd?
i.e. What should the section from the IBIS file look like?
0 0
1.350E+0 0
2.70E+0 0
4.050E+0 1.50E-6
5.40E0+0 5E-03
or:
-2.70E+0 0
-1.350E+0 0
2.70E+0 0
4.050E+0 1.50E-6
5.40E+0 5E-03
Thanks
