The IBIS Open Forum is pleased to announce that the IBIS Interconnect
Modeling (ICM) specification parser 1.0.0 is on-line and available for
download! The source code plus compilations for Linux and Microsoft
DOS/Windows systems can be found at:

 http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/icmchk1/

Additional compilations will be posted as they become available. Please
note that the source code is being released under the terms of the GPL.
Details can be found in the documentation accompanying the code.

Bugs may be reported using the "icm_bugform.txt" template at:

 http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/icm_bugs/

Please send completed reports to icm-bug@eda.org. A change process for
the ICM specification, similar to the IBIS BIRD, will be announced at an
upcoming IBIS Open Forum meeting.
