All,

The "output logic threshold missing" warning during DML check can be
ignored. Output logic thresholds are a Cadence modeling parameter (from the
mid '90s) and cannot be specified in IBIS. The Cadence software no longer
has any way to set the parameter via the GUI (except editing the .dml file
directly).

The output threshold check in dmlcheck needs to be disabled, as it is both
obsolete and confusing. Cadence knows about this; they just haven't gotten
to it yet.

Output logic threshold is the DML own parameter. This warning came from
DMLCHECK not IBIS parser.
