RE: [IBIS-Users] BIRD 95 Comments.

The loading condition will be similar to the R_fixture value used for
V/T curves. We also have recommended loading mentioned in BIRD95. One
such condition is 'no-load' as well.

BIRD95 allows maximum of 100 IvsT curves. Each can be under specific
user defined load as well.
