Hi vivek,
This problem occurs because the simulation time provided is less for the
buffer model generation
You got this error
ERROR - Model K3B07LG24Q7_QQ60: The [Rising Waveform]
      with [R_fixture]=100 Ohms and [V_fixture_max]=0V
has MAX column DC endpoints of 0.00V and 3.46v, but
an equivalent load applied to the model's I-V tables yields
      different voltages ( 0.00V and 4.23V),
      a difference of 0.03% and 18.33%, respectively.

Now check the The [Falling Waveform]
with [R_fixture]=100 Ohms and [V_fixture_max]=0V for the MAX column
you will find the end point to be 4.23V.

Now for model syntax checker mismatch is there because the rising and
falling should be continuous for the whole wave. This happens because
transient analysis for the rising waveform could not attain the value to
make the curve continuous .

So to solve the problem increase the simulation time

Hope this solves your problem.

Best Regards
Arnab Hazarika
