I just realized that you may have been asking about the
starting time of the waveforms.  The spec doesn't say
that it has to start at zero.  But various simulators 
do different things, so beware!  Some normalize everything
to zero other may not do that.

No.  The requirement is not zero.  The starting and ending points
are determined by the IV curve / load line intersection, where
the IV curve stands for all clamps and one pullup or pulldown
IV table added together, and the Rfixture Vfixture combination
of the waveform that is being investigated.

Dear ALL,
 
 
Regarding these 2 waveforms, is there the starting point (rising) and ending point (falling) should be '0' or nearly '0' ?
 
But I got 1 model with these 2 point far away from '0', and it still pass the ibischk3. 
 
So, do the model wrong or correct? And what will cause the points not start or end at '0'?
