Hello Joe,

I have seen similar messages, and in my case the casues were:

Warnings: Very low voltage ripple/noise around the zero line. Ignore.

Errors: As Gio hinted, try simulate for a little longer, say 20-30ns 
instead of the default setting. If this is the problem it should also be 
visible from the alphanumeric simulator output (if Spectre gives you 
this...).
