[IBIS-Users] IBIS Reflector Posting Policies

As a reminder to subscribers, the "IBIS" and "IBIS Users" reflectors are
provided to the IBIS community as a service, for discussion of technical
and administrative issues.  Posts should be vendor-neutral.  Product
announcements and promotions as well as vendor-specific feature
discussions and support requests should be taken offline or to other
forums.
