Yes, these are very bad.  Without knowing anything about the buffer its hard
to give you any feedback.  But pulldown curves should just about never have
negative currents in the active region between ground and Vcc.  Also, the
clamps are double counted.

    Hi ALL,


    I have some question regading the Pull Down datas.

    The data for my I/O pin start from 0 then decrease (become negative
value), but suddenly the data turn to positive value (in mV). Anything wrong
with these datas?

    And when I check these data by using ibischk3, I have the mismatch
problem. Is this cause by the Pull Down datas? Is this a design problem or
simulator problem?

    I do attach the IBIS model with this mail.
