Hi Arpad,

I have used following option in IBIS model

[Voltage Range] 1.8V 1.62V 1.89V

So VSS is grounded i.e 0V

Let me know if you need further information

Thanks & Best Regards

Kiran Kumar

Kiran,

What is the voltage on the node "VSS"? What

is the value inside the IBIS file for the

[Voltage Range] or [Pulldown Reference] keywords?

Subject: [IBIS-Users] Hspice problem for IBIS simulations

Hi Experts,

I have generated an Output Buffer IBIS model whose output swing is
+V to -V , IBIS model is Good to give out such +V to -V response
depending on appropriate load (75 ohms), this I verified with some SI
tool(spectra quest) using some dummy Input IBIS model , But when I
perform simulations using Hspice I am not seeing +V to -V swing,
instead it is swinging improperly from +V to 0 I have attached the
control deck for that simulation on IBIS model.

Could any one of you let me know whether my deck is proper or do I
need to add anything in HSPICE deck to see intended functionality?

Thanks in advance for your help on this

Best Regards

Kiran Kumar
