[IBIS-Users] IV curves do not pass through origin

Hi expert,
I have a case of ibis output model. In the model there is no gnd or
power clamp, only one VT curve exists and IV curves of PU,PD do NOT pass
through origin. When driving a falling signal with R_fixture and
V_fixture terminated, I find that I_pd(pd is fully on) will cross
x-axes from above according V_die/t. This will result in accuracy
issue.
I wonder If it's proper that IV curves do not cross origin. Where is
the I or V source?

  Any input is appreciated.

Best regards
  Xuefeng
